Ok with the first mortgage from the first bank which it was 500k-(20%=400k),. Then you get to another bank and you get 560k from the refinance mortgage… and then you get back to the first bank and give the 400k back and you have and some profit which it was 110k in the end..!! My question is what the hell you will do next with the SECOND Bank which gave you 560k from the refinance mortgage????

I don’t understand the refinancing part. If he bought a home for 500k and fixed to 700k. How and why would he get another mortgage on the same home? Wouldn’t that just give him a higher mortgage payment a month since now he is getting a 700k mortgage? Would the bank cancel the first one?
