I wouldn't take financial advice from someone who can't perform basic math. $25/week = $108.33/month = $1300/year, NOT $100/month and $1200/year.

I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. Thatโd be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

I have been in the stockmarket a long time and sure there's a DRIP, but divided paying stocks dilute to take rob the investor of their gains or even their principal investment. Like AT&T a bluechip ripoff thanks to their Spinoff to time Warner. What about reverse splits and public offerings such as NLY. I am in UAN and it is diluted, the only real way to make money in the stock market is short stocks. Nice coloring pictures in your presentation but the stock market is design to take an investors money unless you are in with the ability to pump and dump but that takes at least a 500 million dollar portfolio. Your viewers are going to loose their money listening to you, especially with the Biden administration and inside trading.

$25 a week isnโt going to cut it. You need to make sizable contributions or else there is not point. Running 3 miles is not the same as walking to the mailbox. If you want real meaningful results Iโd look to invest 20-30% of your income. So that is more like $200-300 a week for most families.
