That’s weird we came from the same company and I was J-Money Maker. He’s no longer with that company because his sales numbers were not hitting the mark.
But it’s really good to see that he took all the training material from our sales team and applied it as his own material in podcasting.

I sold For Florida Home AC ( ARS RESCUE ROOTER) sold $2.8 million my 1st year , same set up 6/7 Techs trained to "find something wrong" and flip and flip , then the 6/7 Comfort Advisors go behind them and sell .
My close rate was 44% ,
But could of been 50%
But they had BS leads from Home Depot where appt setters were paid $20 per appt to set a bogus lead to get a free Tune Up then send us and it's not a sale ,
I always sold with Goodleap 7-8-9-10-12% Rates with payments of $60 lowest payment – with 0% Dealer fee ,
Yea the 0% is like 15-20% dealer fee but I sell more or less like Mr Walker .
I also have my past sales
With my avg $10101 per sale

So you did commercial sales? For 3 to 4 millions/year, because residential sales are brutal you have to be a liar to do residential sales, even when you know can fix the furnace or AC, but you make something up to sell the product.

Every single experienced HVAC contractor, technician, or installer will overly exaggerated their pay. Most will tell you they make 100k-150k per year but really it’s more like 30-45k per year..an they only work during the summer ..After September they are doing odds jobs trying to save the money they made during the summer. Also most people in HVAC have terrible health because of the major stress they put on their knees, backs , and lungs when repairing or installing air conditioners snd ducting systems..Think like this why does the department of statistics say HVAC averages 50k per year if people are making millions?

Sounds like a pretty easy sale … Basically you have a service ticket and go in an build trust, urgency and upsell … Definitely easier then selling from A to Z , still not a bad hustle

Never heard of the guy and have owned a successful hvac company for 22 years lol btw residential scrubbers do NOT work, just another sales pitch. After a hand full of years you will have to replace the ductwork costing the customer thousands on the back end. This guy needs some more learning- love his enthusiasm but for an example- upselling a high merv rating filter will kill a residential system, the restriction will decrease static, put more strain on the motors and compressor causing a possible freeze up and a definite shortage life span of the equipment. Great show though Brad. 👏
