When I was 15 i bought $100 worth of these cases when they were $0.10 when some guy in MM said they were gonna stop dropping. Sold them all a few years later at $1.50 per case. Thank you random internet man, my steam wallet has been blessed ever since.

those "sales" are not someone making a mistake. Its someone transferring money between accounts either by scamming or just some dude wanting to share his wealth with his friends.

2:50 I think, "overpriced" skins sell, because its one of the ways to transfer steam funds from stolen accounts.
You set up selling price for some skin on your main account.
Then buy it using a stolen account.

The "unlucky people" who bought skins for much more money than the market value werent unlucky the skins probably had expensive stickers on them
