Tip:if you have a 2nd character with agency and both of your characters own an agency you can complete 1 then swap over to your wnd character and i am pretty sure gets rid of the 48 minutes cooldown

Agency is highly underrated still after the nerfs cos so far all ive done to grinding is repeating the method of security contract and payphone hits bc of the low cooldowns and by me using the toreador feels like a breeze which u can make a least 100k under 10 mins if yk what ur doing

You can also grab food to the left of your reception, on the table there. Saves you having to run all the way up just for food 🙂

Got the acid lab done except for the 10 extra missions, working on them. was going to try the agency missions but ran out of patience looking for the button to open the hangar and exited gta all together haha need a break anyways

the dre contract is so repetitive it’s hell but i still do it, and as of today sadly pay phone hits were nerfed but it’s fine and i’ll still run contracts and hits back to back while my nightclub runs and makes money

Keep in mind pay phones only give you around 50k but now have a 5 minute cool down. (On pc at least)

Specialist assest recovery takes forever some of the Specialist missions are also farther away. Id rather do 2 of the medium paying in the same time or less.

This game is so shit. I've been trying to do the first mission on the VIP contract and everytime I leave the penthouse, I get put in an infinite loading screen. I've tried it 4 times and i still get put in a loading screen which doesn't allow me to carry on with the missions
