    I would love to do what I do with my beef, find a pig guy and buy directly from him. I would prefer organic or as close to that as possible, but that's soo hard to find and I just don't have the land to raise pigs myself.

    We have a pork center near me that slaughter and package the meat. A little more expensive than supermarket, but you know where your meat comes from.
