Am a spark. Difference in what your saying is you didnt offer a bloke 100 quid to change the tyres. They would only get paid the hourly rate and if they aint got nothing sitting about there getting paid for doing nothing. If you offered the 100 quid to one of them you might get it done

Tyre shop people are the worst ! Refused to touch a trailer I had puncture on even though they had the tyre in stock 4 blocks sat around saying โweโre fully bookedโ ๐ this happened at 2 different shops too absolute wasters

Sounds about right to me, anyone in the motor trade hates replacing tyres. Especially when the customer supplied his own ๐

Tyre shops don't like fitting tyres they haven't supplied. I don't know why they've had zero outlay they haven't had to order in specific sizes no chance the customer is going to refuse to pay. I'm in the same boat I want some 31 10.5 15's fitting but I'm not paying 260 a tyre when I can order them online delivered for almost half that
